Turn off two factor

Yeah guys better don't touch my money I'm not joking is not everyone you see online I know ur physical office in Lagos im fed up with all this busthit you know what I'm saying I have sent you 26 email even the requested decument even included my BVN date of birth and dress that nin was used in creating the account you don't need any more decument you have my verified bank account and BVN phone number nothing has been you have a poor system that doesn't aspect authenticator because I set it for the first time and use the code to activate it once after and trying to login again all those google authenticator code doesn't work anymore i have been reading a review in narialand better don't mess up with my wouldn't take it polite and you will pay me double because I will make a case I'm not all does people you mess with there Money up don't try it with I have sent you all you need better get ride off 2FA on my account I have sent 25 email no response keep ignoring when is time you will know I don't joke with my I work hard remotely I'm not the owner sending you directly Email even I'm trying to get into another person how will I know there BVN account verified email address phone number even the last transaction don't make look stupid I have the receipt for that person transfer that was the Last money that come into that account you don't believe then you need I'm coming down to Nigeria for this because I work hard so you don't use 2FA to get money out of me I you know I'm the owner of that my account has no just kinda turn off 2FA on it my email of the account I'm taking about nothing has been done yet all this while worst experience bad review and worst customer service I give you one hour check out on ur email I have sent you everything you remove 2Fa from my account for the last time it now getting worse I know my balance I know my account don't have any card and kredi bank account my first fund was 500 naira from okafor ugockwu Emmanuel kuda bank reference bill sent the money to my geepay Cross to let you know I'm not lying better remove 2FA from my account now I'm fed up

My friend sent me money to purchase…

My friend sent me money to purchase games for him using my virtual card and immediately the money hit my account geegpay held the money, local transaction from my friend and they refused to answer my dms on twitter and it's so disappointing, 60,000 naira.

Update: They lifted that and the money dropped but I haven't been able to fund my card for almost 24 hours and this reeks of mediocrity in the services you offer. How is it possible that I can't add money in my account to the card to purchase the item I want to and you parade yourself as a service provider? I would have a rethink about using your services going forward.

URGENTLY NEED TO WITHDRAW

Update - Raenest Tag ID: mnasworld

Hello,
Please what is happening with my account, I just made a little correction on my address last week friday, then it says I must upload ID again, I uploaded the ID for the second time, then I patiently waited till Tuesday, then I received another mail saying I should re submit the ID again, and I kindly did again, then yesterday afternoon I received another mail saying I should submit again, I really don't know what is going on with the ID I submitted, while it's the same International passport that was approved instantly the first time I opened the account, and even withdrew my monthly earnings at that time, but now it’s taking more than expected to get approved for the account reactivation, and I just received my earnings from Appen, and I'm urgently in need of the funds since last week, now just because of this ID issue I'm starting thinking of borrowing money from someone, while I can see my hard earnings but can't withdraw, it really makes me sad. And customer care isn't helping at all, I only got response telling me to wait and submit again, that's all.
Please help.

Geepay release my $4100 stop playing games

I have been using Geegpay for a while now and everything seems to work very well not until $4100 was sent to me from my husband to be company account, which he emailed geepay to confirm the payment and also sent them a recent bank statement showing the debit from his company account, and yet geepay has been turning us up and down and their customer care is sh***t they take forever to reply. Am just tired 😩 with such companies in Nigeria they make things difficult for people.. please we need you guys to please release the funds ASAP or still send back the funds to his account. What type of crazy company is this.

Reading other people's review shows…

Reading other people's review shows that this particular challenge has been re-occurring but you guys have not found a lasting solution to it. My card was debited $57 meant for my sponsored ads on Amazon. Currently Amazon has suspended by ad campaign bcos the money meant to be deducted from my card is no where to be found. I need my money ASAP.

Responding to my review on truspilot doesn't mean my funds have been refunded. Your response since I lay the complain had not been encouraging.My business is currently suffering, my ads suspended by Amazon till further notice and you guys aren't responding swiftly as I want.

Don't register with geegpay

They are scammer, the keep asking for videos to remove to 2fa from my account so that I can withdraw

They have a server error and refuse to fix it

Customer are complaining of 2fa invalid after they made post on Twitter for customer to enable 2fa authentication

They refuse to fix the error from their servers and since last week week I have been sending my details and video to remove this 2fa key from my account

Instead nothing is been done, they even sent me an email yesterday saying they have picked my ticket but unfortunately today I was informed to send another video of myself

So frustrating to be going through all these when I need my money the most

Very wicked team and fraudulent company

GeegPay's customer service is the most useless customer service among all the fintech companies I've used. Sometimes they'll completely ignore your messages

The app isn’t letting me withdraw my money because they apparently require me to have all the names that were on the ID I used to verify (4 names) while all my Nigerian bank accounts bear only my first and last name. They have refused to let me withdraw and keep telling me to try using an account that bears the names on the ID instead which I don’t have. It’s frustrating

I still can't get my money out

I still can't get my money out. This has been going on for a long time, more than a year now.

1.) I can't transfer money to my Naira account. For some reason it won't allow me to be added as beneficiary (I emailed an attached file)
2.) Sedondly, I can't top up funds on the second card I just bought!
How is this ok?
The first brand new virtual card I paid for was cancelled by Geegpay without refunding the cost of the card.

This is so terrible using this platform with roadblocks everywhere.

Kindly release my money on the soonest.

I have been patient enough.
