I mean not to sure why I’m being asked…

I mean not to sure why I’m being asked to review the service I have recieved? I brought a ticket it’s not like some one gave me the card machine to make payment or called me to say thanks.... fingers crossed and all that but I don’t understand why I would be asked to rate the service.
