Poor costumer service

Ordered a book on their website but still after 15 days, no update of the deliver status. I have sent several émails without any further respons. Even on their website there is no possibility or information to contact their costumerservice. On instagram they replied short with: apologies, we will check this for you, without any further action to give my money back. Poor communication flow and that for an agency specialized in enhancing communication for clients.
