Excellent quality products at very fair prices....even better during the sales!
I have furnished various properties with Raft furniture now.

I live in Richmond and loved our local beach of Raft which sadly closed last year. I decide to check out Westfield last week and was so happy to see the same great sales staff from Richmond! I met Amin Hadi when he was local but I was in the process of moving so not ready to buy. Amin helped me last week with the purchase of a new sofa and ottoman. He listened to what I was interested in and gave me time to think about decisions with no pressure. Also worth noting I have a very small front entrance and Amin talked me through all the access options which was a weight off my mind as I didn’t want to have to settle on my choice based on this constraint. It has been a great experience and I cannot wait for my furniture to arrive.

I have bought furniture from Raft (specifically Tony Ansong from the St Albans store) 4 times now. Tony and the entire Raft team are true professionals. The furniture is high quality, the fabrics really last and the delivery service is brilliant compared to other furniture companies. We are so glad we've invested in Raft vs cheaper options out there. It's really worth it. Tony is absolutely wonderful! Always responsive and customer centric. A pleasure to do business with!

We absolutely love Raft St Albans and couldn’t be happier with our sofa!

A special mention has to go to Tony, the manager, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The sofa was completely customised for us — from the filling and arm width to the length and every other detail. There were so many beautiful fabrics to choose from, which made the whole experience feel truly bespoke.

Tony’s team were excellent throughout as well. Communication was fantastic, and the delivery was smooth and hassle-free.

The sofa is honestly the best purchase we’ve made for our home so far. It looks amazing, it’s incredibly comfortable, and we love that it was made exactly to our preferences.

The team at raft were extremely helpful in putting together my order. I was debating over a few items and they were always responsive in their communication and flexible in what they could offer in terms of price and delivery.

Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive when it came ot questions about the sofas or process. I expressed my disappointment with the customer service experience, and was continually met with rude and dismissive representatives, and provided little to no information. For the amount of money being spent on these furniture items, I am appalled. I have never been spoken to this way by anyone in a customer facing industry. Shocking. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for furniture.

Hosna was good going through the options and clear. The install team were very efficient and we love the sofa.

Tony and the team at St Albans were very helpful when we went in to buy a rug and coffee table, Tony went above and beyond to have to coffee table delivered from the central warehouse for me to look at in person before we bought and its perfect.

The sofa is very comfortable and looks great.
The Raft team were also hugely helpful. I have a very tight staircase so struggled to find a sofa that would go up, but the Raft team did an assessment of the property before it was ordered and the delivery was hassle free.
The service in store was also very personal and a great experience.

We went back to Raft Furniture because we were impressed with the quality of the dining table we had bought from them years ago. The staff at Westfield White City are always friendly and patient. This time we bought a bed. The delivery and assembly were as expected and we are very happy with our purchase again!

We recently ordered a table and chairs from Raft Westfield Branch, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it was absolutely worth the wait — the craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. The whole family loves how the pieces look in our home; they’re beautiful and clearly built to last.

The delivery team deserves a special mention too — professional, courteous, and careful with everything. Would happily order from Raft again!

Ordered furniture took 4 weeks to arrive after complaining, then the assembly nightmare table leg split 4 bolts in welded brackets snapped off. Holes didn’t line up had to drill my own chair leg split had to glue up and took a good day to assemble and I’m not an amature builder
