I have used Everweb for several years now and I find it easy to use best of all is the backup which is the best I have ever experienced and I go back to the '90s. They are very helpful and quick to respond. Overall brilliant service.

I'm always pleased with the response I get from the team at Rage when I need support. Not only are they helpful in solving the issues, they work hard to be very timely and look for ways to make things right if something goes wrong. I feel good knowing I have a team in my corner.

I encountered an issue with my Gmail service that prevented it from recognizing the Webmail server. I engaged in several communications with the customer service team, and they were able to provide assistance. Each time I reached out, they responded promptly. I provided them with all the necessary information and screenshots of the errors. Michael was able to identify the error and provided a comprehensive, step-by-step description to resolve the problem. The solution was effective on the first attempt.

You don't buy software because it's good software. You buy software because the support is great. And the support that I have received from Everweb has been outstanding, every time. I mean outstanding. Not just good, or OK, no outstanding as in beyond expectation good.

And apart from the excellent support, the tool Everweb is a joy to work with.

Really flexible and once you grasp the principle it's as easy as Wordpress. Yet so much better as you can personalise every bit and make a unique site.

Master pages make it efficient to globally change things too.

I've been using Everweb for quite some years now and I'm VERY HAPPY with the way they treat their customers. Moving from my internet provider in Japan to Everweb's hosting service was fairly easy (I'm not very computer savvy) but they are always fast to lend a hand.

If you make de website offline, it looks well but when you publish it looks terrible. It is impossible to read the tekst, it is completely different placed. Don't spend your time on this app!

I'm in the UK, and Everweb support are in Canada. So already there is the time zone difference. But today I sent a support ticket over to the Tech dept. Within 15 minutes, they had not only emailed me back, but also solved the problem.
