Dishonest, despicable man

As another review posting stated, as there is no facility for awarding a NIL rating which in my opinion is justified. The company has as its director Jamie Steven McKee who has proven himself during our business interaction to be a dishonest, lying thief, a con-man of extremely limited talents, a sociopathic non-entity who should feel the full wrath of justice & be better removed from society.
He seems to take extreme delight in 'puffing his chest out' when bragging of his nefarious business exploits, all successes & eventually he began to threaten me, bragging again that he was "kicking down doors in Basra, Iraq, & that paying me a visit & kicking down my doors would be easy in comparison.
He is a thoroughly despicable example of a human being with a company to match. I dont think his employees think that highly of him either who regard him as an embarrassment. I also met almost all of his 5 star reviewers as they are his employees. I think that the tax man would be extremely interested view his tax payment accounts as they all appeare4d to be paid cash using multiple accounts & comjpaany6 names.

I've given this company a 4* review…

I've given this company a 4* review mainly because of the 5 months wait to eventually get it up and working the first system that was installed in September 2023 had issues but I would like to say thankyou to Jamie for supplying the system we have now which is so far working lovely, we are mostly off grid 8am to 11pm, we got there in the end!

Stay away it's a scam

Stay away it's a scam,
Takes a deposit doesn't do the job then makes excuses for not returning deposit, then closes the company down and starts another one. Jamie Steven McKee has 5 other companies, has just recently closed EPC simple after pocketing god knows how many customers deposits Complaints gone to fraud dept, BTS, ombudsman so don't be surprised if this company suddenly closes down. I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.

IMPORTANT SCAMMER ALERT

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY or any of the many companies run by Jamie Steven McKee or his wife Aneesa McKee aka Aneesa Ashton. Like other reviewers we paid a 50% deposit in September last year for a solar pv installation. Since then we have had an endless succession of excuses and broken promises ranging from RTA, customs delay, bereavements (2) illness etc, etc. The only reason that I have given 1 star is because there is no option for a zero.

Do not touch this company

Do not touch this company. They have a number of companies that take a 50% payment and will come up with a reason for you to pay by bank transfer so that you can't get your money back when they fail to turn up. They promise compensation or a refund but do neither. Do not believe the positive reviews as a quick google will confirm that they are written by the con artists themselves. I hope that they rot in hell for the distress that they cause.

Rahvolt managed solar systems install are a fraudulent company and I echo all the other reviewers who say this too

I AM DOING AN UPDATE . 7.02.24 I requested again my deposit of £3708 paid on 6th October be returned ,after no action from Rahvolt ltd or Rahvolt new energy ltd . Check out companies house for those registered by Jamie McPhee on August 24 last year . Text excuses by Fred . No-one mans the office, Bad sign. Emails bounce. Of course they do.
So I echo the other reviewers who write that this company is a scam . Jamie McArthur took my 50% deposit back in October for a battery , inverter and solar panels and Rahvolt have not delivered anything . I’ve had scaffolfing up for months on their request. All sorts of excuses , like customs, damage , supplier relationship soured /defaulted . Asked for refund over and over . They are superb at banter/ all sorts of excuses. They recently offered the battery and inverter but no-one will install another companies .Kept promising delivery but realised another fake excuse. Lost all faith in them . You will get nothing except grief and lose your money . The MD Jamie has several solar companies registered last August at Companies house .Ask the question , why so many? He puts up fake reviews to counterbalance. He advertises solar batteries and inverters on Ebay . Spare yourself the grief . This company has destroyed my faith in human nature . Anyone who is thinking of booking a contract ,be aware ,do get in touch please for feedback . Updated 7.02.24 after being threatened.

BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY

BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
We paid a 50% deposit. No work was done. In spite of numerous phone calls and text messages and PROMISES, we have had absolutely nothing from this company. They also appear to have written their own reviews.
