Easy flow on my IPhone

Easy flow on my IPhone. But I would like to sit next to my two traveling partners.
How can you make this happen?
Are you able to assist me to change my seats so I can sit next to them?

Thank you for your prompt response to my above concern. Per your suggestion, once I board the train I will speak to the train manager and see if he is able to assist with my seat request to sit next to my traveling companions.

Please note that seat allocations are managed directly by the rail carriers’ own reservation systems. As a distributor, we do not have the ability to modify, control or influence how seats are assigned. We recommend speaking with the train manager once onboard. In many cases, train staff are able to assist with seat changes, provided there are suitable options available.

Easy booking experience

Our flight arrived late and we missed our train. It was very easy to use the mobile app to cancel or our train reservation, request a refund, and book a new reservation that worked with our updated arrival time.

Rail Europe is easy to use!

The train schedule was convenient and easy to understand. The booking process went smoothly on my Iphone. The Iphone ticket worked well.
The trains were clean and and we always got a seat.

Very limited seats available

The very limited seats available to pass holders made it virtually impossible to book trains for any of the dates we needed. The lack of viewability of available seats for passholders prior to purchasing the pass made the whole process daunting and frustrating.

Please be aware that rail carriers allocate only a limited number of seats for Eurail Pass holders on services where reservations are required. These allocations can sell out quickly, particularly on high-speed routes, popular services and during peak travel periods.

The number of seats made available to Eurail Pass holders is determined entirely by the rail carriers themselves. Once the allocated quota has been exhausted, no additional pass holder reservations can be released. This policy forms part of the agreement between Eurail and the individual rail operators and is unfortunately outside Rail Europe's control as a distributor.

While we understand that greater visibility of pass holder availability before purchasing a pass would be helpful, reservation availability can change constantly as bookings are made and cancelled. For this reason, availability is ultimately managed through the rail carriers' reservation systems.

To maximize the chances of securing reservations on popular routes, we generally recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially when travelling during busy periods or on high-demand services.

We understand how disappointing it can be when reservations are not available for your preferred travel dates and hope this helps clarify the situation.

I would give you 5 stars, except that when I wanted to change my reservation, just to depart 2 hours earlier, I discovered that I could not change it, even with a fee.

We see you booked Deutsche Bahn (DB) train trip Frankfurt am Main - Amsterdam, which cannot be exchanged or canceled as per the fare conditions of the trip. Hence, you were unable to make any changes.

As an authorized ticket distributor for European rail operators, Rail Europe makes available the fares and conditions provided by the rail carriers in real time. The exchange and refund conditions for each ticket are set entirely by the rail operator, and unfortunately we are unable to modify or override those rules.

The fare conditions for each ticket are displayed during the booking process so travelers can review them before purchase. For future trips where plans may change, it may be worth considering fares that offer exchange or refund options, where available.
