This is the first time I have bought from the Railway Model Store and it was a very positive experience. I purchased a Hornby Flying Scotsman train set which comes in a very big box. The RMS posted it to me however in an even bigger box! If your are looking for people who will go the extra mile, choose the RMS.

Last two orders were excellent and send out quickly, packaged well and arrived in great condition.

Fantastic service, Adam was wonderful to deal with and I could not of asked for a better resolve. My order was missing one item which was dispatched the same day of reporting the issue, I received the missing item the following day.

I would strongly recommend RMS and all the team, they offer great support.

I ordered my items on the 17th February, it's now the 23rd. My items haven't arrived nor has there been any reply to my email asking where the products were. I have to say it's the worst delivery I have had. I say delivery, it's not arrived yet. it's says 48 hours tracked, tracked from when?
