My experience has been the same as others here . Received an item that was not what was pictured. Inferior quality and design and did not fit. The order was tracked through Sweden but shipping label says Illinois.. I’ve had multiple emails back and forth with customer service. the first email asked if I could give it to someone else. They seem apologetic that I was not happy but insisted I had received the item ordered. I sent pictures of the item from their ad and what I received which clearly shows the difference in color, style and quality Subsequent emails offered first 4 then 6 and today 8.8 dollars. This is not acceptable to me .

The site said ships from California. When checking out did not say when would arrive so I messaged them they couldn't tell me. It was pricey enough to come from California. Said sweatshirt looked like a sweatshirt. Them got notification it was in Ireland. I got pretty much a long sleeve t shirt and they keep running me in circles when I ask for help. Would of liked to return. Kept sending me to non working link

Product was too small, so I wanted to return. They offered me $8, then $9, then $10 to keep the product. I paid $39.00 plus shipping and tax for a total of $54.00. I said I didn't want to keep it since it doesn't fit. They said I could get a refund but needed to ship back to their warehouse in Dubai! Do you know how much that costs - over $45.00. That was ridiculous. I got them to refund me at least $20 and kept the garment and will donate. This is false advertising on their return policy and you should be aware.

Bought one for me and my Mother-N-Law. She loved it so much that she had me to order her another one in a different color:)
