Rainhound is a small UK company in Gravesend, Kent, making wet-weather kit for dogs. We started in 2026 with one product — a drying robe for the car — because the choice felt poor: premium kit at around £70, or cheap robes that felt thin. We wanted something in between: honestly priced, easy to get onto a wet dog, and ready for the amount of rain this country gets. Since then we've added a padded winter coat with a built-in harness, a raincoat for small dogs, a padded harness, a bungee lead, a double retractable lead for walking two dogs, and a hair removal glove for what ends up on the car seat. Our products are made by our manufacturing partner overseas and sent directly to you, which is how we keep prices where they are. It also means delivery takes 7–12 working days. Delivery is free to any UK address, returns are 30 days, and there's never anything to pay when your parcel arrives. There's no call centre. When you email support@rainhound.com, one of us reads it and answers — usually within a couple of hours, always within a working day.
