The product received had a strange residue all over it, perhaps it was degrading after spending a lot of time in a warehouse?! Tried to contact by phone and no response, emailed twice and their email address wasn’t working. Left voicemail and no response. Terrible customer service.
This is my last ever review on this site. In 9 days it will have been exactly 12 months since I ordered my 4 rainsahder umbrellas First they said payment wasn't received, then they said my payment was late, (payments were processed in real time) then lastly it was posted but I wasn't in. When I pointed out royal mail would leave a card, I was told royal mail sent it back to sender, and my refund will take upto 14 days blah blah. So I contacted royal mail and told them what rainshader said. Unsurprisingly they were not happy at being accused of tampering with the queen's mail and provided proof they have never received anything from rainsahder addressed to me. Even though rainshader say they post by hand at the post office. They still have not provided a refund nor sent my order or been willing to tell royal mail or myself exactly what rainshader used to post my order.
Obviously I have IRREFUTABLE proof of all of this from my bank, amazon, royal mail, and rainsahders payment process handler.
