Dont fall for the SoMe Markting, and fake reviews. The Quality of the Jacket is definitely not worth the price. The webpage is full of sketchy business practices like putting many items on sale, but not having any in stock until the day the sale ends. When they lure you in, dont expect good customer service either. even when they make a mistake.

They had changed the design on one of their jackets. Didn´t want to change pictures tho, so ALL (not some as they claim here) was from the old design, when I received the new designed one. I wanted to return it. Customer "Service" told me, it's an upgrade, be happy. If you dont like it you can cut it yourself!!! it was a present, so that would mean I couldn't return it of course. And if you want to return it, they make that process difficult aswell, short dealines, labels that works almost nowhere and of course a FEE for their mistake, which you have to pay. NOT RECOMMENDED

Don't believe the "Hype" low quality, sketchy business practices and non existing customer service. Charging me for sending me the wrong ITEM. I ordered a Christmas present for my wife from here, as much as i think she would like it, i am buying something else from somewhere else. They send me a wrong Item, told me they dont have what i ordered at all, the customer service, dont seem to really care. i was also told i could return until next year, but their system, which doesnt work very well, only allow me to Return until the 17th. So i am happy i noticed the mistake, before waiting for Christmas. And would be stuck with it. So i will just return it, get her something else, from somewhere more profesional. But now they charge me 10€ in handling fee´s, for returning the wrong item.

Many things in life force one to choose between form or function. I finally found Rainsisters after an exhaustive search for a beautiful yet functional raincoat! I also love the company: the focus on slow fashion, eco-sustainability, and three awesome sisters creating together. I always get a ton of compliments when I wear my Rainsisters coats! Thank you for such beautiful and practical artwork!

What's not to love about Rain Sisters..
Finally raincoats that turn heads for their femininity rather than making me look like I am in a military parade. I adore their coats (I have quite the collection) and love swaying and swirling the full 50's style skirts. I have been chased down in airports and streets by men asking where they can buy one for their wife. The coats are well made and the fabrics good quality. They are also good with any returns (I only needed to once and that had nothing to do with any fault, just a size adjustment and their communication is good) More power to these sisters. I'll enjoy seeing new introductions.

The ordering process and delivery were seamless. The coat is gorgeous, absolutely stunning. My only complaint is having to pay extra for a belt with a buckle. I would not expect to have to incur such an expense for a buckled belt when the coat is sold at such a high price point. It would be better to charge $40 more for the coat and just include the buckled belt.Nevertheless, I’m extraordinarily satisfied with my purchase.

This is my third coat.
I’m wondering… I ordered petite in the black balloon sleeve coat with the peplum belt. From a per portion perspective, should it have been a bit shorter? It didn’t come in a petite size.

I didn’t like the shipping experience this time. I didn’t like having to do the “shop app”. It was confusing and no value. Shipping was longer and don’t forget to tell customers about the duty charges. It is quite substantial.

I talked to the customer service what was the best for my size after I gave them my measurements and they requested I ordered M to which I did and it fit me really well. Customer service was very helpful. I suggest shopping during Black Friday and subscribing to their mailing list. I love how they send out messages to everyone whom purchased their brand and I love supporting small brands. I was living in Austria and it arrived within 4 to 5 days. So there was no problems regarding delivery.
Looking forward to add more collection of raincoats.

Excellent, accurate sizing advice on their Chat feature. Amazing quality raincoats, well worth the price (I bought a jacket and a coat on sale). Super fast delivery from Latvia to New Zealand (5 days) via DHL.

I just purchased the blooming night coat in a tall medium. Love it. I’m 5’8” or 173 cm and 145 lbs or 66 kg. 36 C. Not much room for a thick sweater under it - glad I didn’t go with the tall small. Fits my waist where it should! And the sleeves are nice and long.

I ordered my first piece from Rain Sisters - the double breasted jacket in Cosmic Meadow. I received it a few days ago and absolutely love it. It is one of the best made and finished piece’s I have bought in a long time. I love the style and the fabric.
I have gone out in it 3 days in a row and have received compliments every time - as well as being stopped 5 times and asked where I got it.
I also need to comment on the level of service I received from the company. There were continual notifications around the purchase and shipment. Every question I asked was answered in a day -even on a weekend. They were also extremely accommodating in order to ensure that I got the right size. Very impressive.
I will be ordering another coat in the future!

I had ordered a coat and forgot to add the matching belt. I email them and they were quick to respond and was kind enough to add belt before the shipment when out. And I didn't
have to place a separate order. Now that what I call customer service.

It was easy to order and also to return the delivery.

I immediately received the order and payment confirmation. Then I was informed at all times about my package. It arrived in excellent condition and on the scheduled date. Excellent purchase experience.

First off I live in Iceland and its not always a given that smaller companys ship to Iceland. But this wonderful company does! Ordered my coat on a monday, (moss green fitted flare) and it came on a THURSDAY that SAME WEEK!! And its just like the photo and the lining is so soft and the coat is well made. I never bother writing reviews but I just had to, this is too good not to share. Yeah its a little pricey but its slow fashion quality thats made to last. Im already thinking what coat im getting next - maybe something from the winterline... Iceland gets pretty cold in the winter :)

The coat I purchased is absolutely amazing! The price made me a but hesitant to order one of these because all their coats look perfect in the videos online, but I was a little worried what is it gonna look like in real life and especially on me since I’m pretty short (154cm and yes, I ordered petit version). But the moment I put it on I fell in love immediately! It looks gorgeous, fits perfectly and it just makes me feel pretty and confident. I already recieved huge amount of compliments, even from strangers. The materials are high quality, it’s warm and after finally wearing it in the rain I can also confirm that it’s indeed water/rain-proof. So so sooo worth the price! I’m in love, 100% recommend!

Well. First of all, the shipping (Germany) was super fast. The coat is lovely.
I ordered L Petit, 1,65m. 75kg

I do not have a waist but the coat does a great job pretending. Standing still in front of the mirror, it fit perfectly. Since I work out a lot, it was pretty tight around the chest, back and arms when moving though. Driving with it would have been uncomfortable. I know, the coat is not meant to work out in, but I don‘t want to spend 300€ for a coat I do not feel comfortable in. I asked the Sisters for advice, but no answer. That was quite a bummer. I decided to return the L and order an XL since I really love the design. The XL is a little too roomy and doesn‘t look quite as good on the upper body. But I decided to keep it. Its a coat, no dress. Had to shorten the belt, since the XL belt didn‘t have enough holes.

Fazit: since many girls work out nowadays, it would be nice, if muscular upper bodies and arms might be considered in designing. If you are unsure, consider the next size. Design is lovely. I felt pretty wearing it the first time. Felt the urge to wear makeup and do my hair. Everything else would have felt like an insult to the coat..
Some advice on the correct size would have been great, too.
