Great products, but pathetic delivery turn-around and customer service. For those reasons, I will not reorder from Raisedbysociety.

I picked up a fisherman's beanie from RBS, and I love it. It fits well, the color is spot on, and the texture is soft but structured. Feels worthy of the price.

dont buy here if you expect to receive quality goods or be able to return products you dont like. you have to ship to the Netherlands. Here is the procedure so you know before ordering (its a hassle)

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We are sorry this product doesn’t fit you. Our returns guarantee entitles you to return the
product for any reason.

1. if it’s not a fit, you have 14 days to return your unworn items. All original packaging,
price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered
with. The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs*.
2. The item must be returned with a trackable shipment service.
3. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have
proof of shipment.
4. When returning goods, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is
clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be
deducted from the refund.
5. Write down the order number and your e-mail in the sheet provided in the next
page and put it inside the package.

I absolutely love my new Fisherman Beanie. It's super soft, non-itchy, and the fit is spot on, it has that perfect 'above the ear' look. Honestly, the quality is far better than expected. I kinda want one in every color now.

Never received the item. Delivery said unable which is very very odd. Was returned but I was never notified.👎🏻

I did not receive my package and appealed to Paypal, They said I had to have a file, an image or document which PROVES I did not get it. How do you do that? A picture of an empty porch? So wrong. I am out $39 and once again, the seller prevails.

Bought two hats which came to £49 and then £8 for shipping. Delivery was fine. However the hats l are cheap, poor quality that are worth no more than £5/10 max. I wanted to return but is down to me to pay to export ship them back. Don't waste your money on there beanie hats. Can't say about any other products.

I ordered a hat to try it because hats never fit me properly, it arrived and fit perfectly, so I ordered some more but when they arrived, they didn’t fit properly and the customer service team just said they aren’t all made the same… I had to pay to return them and wasn’t offered any support or compensation… very disappointing

I ordered a beanie and a classic tee from RAISED BY SOCIETY, and both arrived in perfect condition, true to size, and the overall experience was satisfying. Strongly recommended.

Sent my package to Compton and never left there mind you I live in AZ, in formed them of the situation. i was told to be patient. After a month I asked for a refund because I never received the package. Instead they claim to have sent a second package because the first package was lost, which was what I told them when the tracking show it sitting in Compton for a month. I told them I just wanted a refund and no longer wanted to do business with them but was forced to just wait for the second package as they ignored my request for a refund. Now im waiting for a second package that I never got and was told again to be patient and was sent a tracking number only to watch the package go from Compton to LA to AZ back to LA then back to AZ but has not reached me. I asked again for a refund as I think Ive been more then patient but instead I was told to be patient once again. I hope they see this and maybe someone over there will just give me a refund on a package they never sent me. All in all worst experience. Would not recommend this company

Attempted to order two beanies and should’ve had free shipping based on cost yet when I tried to pay I was going to be charged $7 for shipping. Emailed the company twice to ask about this and got no response. Considering I heard about them via Instagram I should’ve known it was a joke of a company.

Ordering internationally felt risky at first, but their customer service and shipping were seamless. My package arrived care-fully packed, and their returns policy gave me peace of mind. The product itself, a vintage cap looked even better in person.

Ordered item almost a month ago, said it shipped 3 days after. Never received item and said it was “returned” customer service said it would be shipped again. It’s been a week and still nothing, never heard of the delivery service they use or the service they use for tracking. Seems like a bogus company!

Been 5 days. Still haven’t shipped my order.
