I was very unimpressed with this company. I bought a fisherman's beanie - now I understand that this style is an above the ear style, but what was delivered was more like a skull cap. It became a bit of a joke piece that we would laugh about when people came over. So that's problem 1 - the hat is a joke. Problem 2 - it is very overpriced; now that is my fault for buying at that price I guess, but had I done a google search before buying I would have seen that there were equal quality beanies available at a fraction of the price. But problem 3 was the worst - I decided to return the beanie, and the customer service was most definitely the worst I have ever come across. It was laughable...
Order placed 16 April. Total cost £28 + £7 shipping = £35.
I decided to return the item - there are absolutely no details of how to do so on their website (they make it very difficult in my opinion). So I ask for a refund on 27 April by email. Responses are slow and need to be chased. I had to pay for postage of £10.50. And as the company are in the Netherlands, customs results in a delay. So I now have a refund - on 14 June, for £28. Two months after the order, I am out of pocket £17.50.
