Terrible customer service, still awaiting refund
Ordered two items. Arranged a return of both, the package was returned to me. Contacted customer services, arranged another return. Royal Mail have confirmed delivery to the company. 4 days later this company has not confirmed receipt, which they said would be confirmed in 48 hours, and have still not provided a refund of over £200.
I have emailed several times, they only replied the first couple of times. the only way I could get them to reply recently is to direct message via Instagram.
Terrible customer service.
