I paid for next day delivery so I could receive my item in time for holiday ( ordered a Wednesday, holiday was Saturday). Didn’t receive any communication from Raith or DPD. Then had to reach out myself to say why my package hadn’t been delivered. Package was then delayed and still haven’t had a response to my second email that I sent.

Ran into issues with package getting lost. Your customer service team jumped in and was so helpful and got another one in the mail asap. Best customer service support!!!

Used a discount code and then it was removed whilst checking out.
Poor response from Raith after spending around £300 in the last three months.

Great quality and fits nice. I will buy another color soon.

5 star customer service in handling a slight issue. Brilliant company and amazing clothing range

I ordered a top in the size I thought was right for me, turns out it was too big so ordered a smaller size, the refund was processed really quickly and the smaller size was delivered really quickly and fits great.

Terrible service, ordered two pairs of shorts and paid extra for next day delivery, it's been several days and no sign of it. DPD states they haven't even received the parcel. I am heading on holiday and didn't shop from elsewhere after spending money on their product, now I will be going without.

There seems to be two ways to contact Raith, complete a website form or send an email to customer services, I have done both multiple times but not heard back. Won't be shopping here again and I assume it's going to be a nightmare to get my refund for these items that I can't use.

Easy to use website with helpful and relatable size guides, nicely packaged and great quality product

Clothes are so nice. Such good quality. Feels premium and the price tag is somewhere between Next and Reiss. I also appreciate the website telling me which size the model is wearing and when things are large made. Made it easier to buy my size. I will definitely shop there again. My only slight critique is the returns part of your website. It doesn't read as very customer friendly. If I had read that before buying it might have put me off as it makes returns sound quite daunting. I did have to return items and it wasn't daunting at all so I think you could benefit from a more customer friendly returns page so as not to put off potential customers

2nd pair of cargo trousers I have got from Raith as with the first pair great tapered look and quite soft fabric,have both colours now and very happy with quality & shipping.

I’ve bought luxe matching set after one use lint start coming and now after 3-4 times it’s full of lints although when I’ve received item it’s look great and I’ve bought 4 tee shirts there quality also not such great after couple of wash so I can’t recommend to buy at that much price (:

Outstanding quality people always comment about what are you wearing, it’s not overpriced either. I personally think it has the edge over other brands 💯.

Clothes shrank an entire size after hand wash and air dry…. Too bad given the cost. Will not order again.
