terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Takes days to get a simple answer. Considering Rajapack as b2b orientated company it takes way to much effort to find a solution for minor issues like wrong product, wrong amount received, not correct description of a product on their web site.

I am not sure what have happened in this case, but for sure you did not receive the service we aim to provide. Looooooooong delivery times
Despite their their promises to deliver in 3 working days plastered all over their website, it usually takes almost 2 weeks.
I receive products from abroad faster than this.

Since you want your goods to be delivered to your home address our transport company have to get in contact with you to make sure that you are at home between 08-16. They have now recieved your correct phone number and you will recieve an sms from them about your delivery. Brgds Tone
