They will never pay the withdrawal. Rakoo is a big scam. They will only pay your first withdrawal so you continue to deposit and second withdrawals they will not pay them. I did a withdrawal 3 weeks ago and they never treated it. I received mails from their VIP manager saying that he is leaving Rakoo and is working for another (scam) casino 1Red and that we should join him overthere. They are the same scammers that created a new casino to scam people.This is crazy. Don’t play on this casino with Costa Rica licence, it is like throwing your money in the garbage.

Stay away from this scam casino with Curacao license
If you are scammed by this casino like everybody else and you are here to warn other people, here is a piece of advise! Make screen shots, save any conversation you made with them, if you think your mobile phone gets full send them to your Email and be ready! Because they through the Trust Pilot will take down your negative recension! By this tactic they have managed to take down many negative comments who they scammed through years here on Trust Pilot! If the Trust Pilot asks you for evidence, gently send them! All their VIP managers named Prosperity, Victory, Sarah, Dany, Aurora, Grace etc they are all fake names! They are sitting somewhere I don't know in Africa or South America scamming you and laughing at you! It is the VIP manager who scams you the most! Stay away from any casino with Curacao license the most useless and corrupted license!
Update: BOOM! As I explained and expected, they did it AGAIN! Rakoo took down my negative review through TrustPilot, BUT I contacted TrustPilot and sent them all documents (screenshots, emails) about how Rakoo and VIP manager Victory scammed me! Now my review is BACK and VERIFIED! You do the same!
