Deceptive welcome bonus
My husband referred me and I would like to get the welcome bonus. However, rakuten didn’t give me the bonus after I satisfied all the requirement. They said I opened multiple accounts which is obviously scam. I am the brand new customer and sent email to chase but just being ignored!

Really efficient in logging purchase records and processing cash rebates, much better than their contenders.
The only thing I would like them to further work on is to get a better, long-term deal with Amazon.
