The system appears to work very well
The system appears to work very well. It can take a long time for some funds to be approved by the vendor, but so far I've not had anything that's taken more than 90 days. Money comes through to Paypal each month, as long as you've had at least £5 approved.

i was told that if i spend more than £30 i will get £30 cashback because i have just subscribed to rakuten. it has been a week that i spent over £40 and i was supposed to get £32 back but it stayed in the pending status and they also do not get back to my messages. i will never ever buy anything from

Edit after the response: I have not received any messages from your team so far. I also expect a simply apology and my issue to be solved while posting this review to here but instead you sound very aggressive in your reply. Anyway, this does not change my opinion about Rakuten and I hope this review helps others.
