Hello,
I am the administrator of several surveys and I find Rallly perfect for my needs.

However, participants in these surveys have a recurring problem:
They are often unable to modify or delete their votes because the three dots that open this menu do not appear next to their names.
How can I enable them to use Rallly normally?
Currently, in order to modify their votes, they are forced to create a new participant, and I then have to make the necessary corrections and eliminate the duplicates.

One observation: it seems that Rallly's behaviour in this regard differs depending on the configuration used, particularly between mobile phones and computers.

I like that it's very fine to use it for free (not like with Doodle, where I can only add up to 20 options in the free version).
I also very much like the simplicity of the design!
What's very much missing form my perspective is that different options during one day are not shown as in a weekly calendar but next to each other. E.g., I try to find a slot for a 1-hour meeting during a week, so there were many options and it is quite unpleasant to scroll to the right.
And some way of automatically creating options would be amazing. Same example: if I could just say, every full hour for this week between 9 and 17 (and then I de-select the ones that don't fit).

It is really easy to create a new servey and userfrendly.
The only option I'd like to get is the possibility to remove the chose "perhaps" and only have the choice Yes or No.

The app is clear, simple to use, and does virtually everything that I need.
The only comment that I have is that, as the poll creator, the app sends me an email when invitees respond initially, but not when they edit their votes. It would be really useful if it did.

I use rallly to coordinate events with friends, self-hosting it on my own machine after purchasing a one year subscription, and people love the ease and simplicity of it. The interface is clean, and it can automatically create calendar events based on the accepted date. Compared to something like doodlepoll, which costs $7/month to get rid of the overwhelming ads, rallly is a clear choice, and supports open source.

It's really great to have an open-source option for scheduling meetings. Especially one as well built, easy to implement, and beautiful as this. My regular collaborators tend to be skeptical of my open-source alternatives as they don't always integrate as fluidly with their old habits. Rallly is a big hit and many are making the switch.

Longer time ago I had used an alternative which's name started with 'D'; tried it recently and the experience was not really pleasant – full of ads, not really the best UX etc.

Looked for alternatives, stumbled upon an open source post about event planning polling apps and found Rallly. Love the UI/UX, love the funtionalllity (three L's intentionalll) and love the name. This is a great product, it works great, and I can see how much thought and care has went into it. Definitely recommend it!

A key stakeholder of mine had issues accessing Doodle (I don't know why). I'd heard about Rallly from a fellow Executive Assistant and gave it a try. It was so easy. Everything about it was user friendly and intuitive. Visually, it's much less cluttered than Doodle. This tool has made me so happy that I recommended it to my colleagues over Teams.
