Frankly incredible range of metal miniatures ranging from scifi to fantasy in various scales. Their ranges are also, surprisingly enough, still growing with cool brand-new Oldhammer-style stuff, spaceships and even MDF and resin terrain. I’ve mainly bought 15mm scifi and BattleTech miniatures from them. The sculpts are exactly as shown in the photos, although some of them should be retaken for better resolution. However, it’s always clear which scale the minis are in.

The customer service is always quick to reply to questions and additions to orders. The prices are frankly unbeatable when it comes to metal minis, even after a recent price hike. As a big bonus, they handle customs stuff for EU customers.

The one big problem with RPE is that their shipping times can stretch out to several weeks or even over a month. My previous three orders all took at least three weeks to ship. Granted, the website does mention they might have to cast miniatures they don’t have in stock, but the web store would benefit immensely from a real-time inventory. As of now it can be frustrating not having any idea when your order might be coming your way.

There's a single Trustpilot review that's pretty middling and dates back several years, so I thought I'd chime in with my more recent experiences. I first saw Ral Partha Europe recommended on a gaming sub-Reddit as a good UK shop for some hard-to-find items at great prices, and I'm happy to say they've been as advertised.

I've ordered a good dozen+ books, split up into a few different orders over the course of the past year, and they've been fantastic every time. Excellent everyday prices made even better with the occasional holiday offer, and every single item I ordered was in stock & always arrived quickly (2-3 days using their standard delivery Royal Post). Overall, nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Ral Partha Europe & I'm sure to buy from them again in the future.

The website is sparse in information about the products, and the product images are not up to par with 2020 standards with poor resolution.
Due to this, 4 out of 6 of the miniatures I ordered were not in the 28mm scale, but closer to 25mm. Of these 4, 3 stand out so much they're completely unusable to me. It's a pity, since overall the casting quality is good.

Took about 9 days for the order to be processed, and shipping took about 7 or so days without any fuss. Customs declaration was cheap. Their customer support is very responsive.
