Our company with 10-20 employees has been using Ramp for a year now. My only regret is not using Ramp sooner. No more employee expense headaches. Easy bill approval process. Set up recurring bills. Bills auto sync to Xero including the bill pdf file. 1.5% cash back. Vendors set to code to default account. 1099 requested and tracked. Contracts tracked and notifies before expiration. Effortless to issue cards to employees or change card limits. Easy to reimburse employees after their expense is approved. Honestly, I could go on and on about all of the ways Ramp has improved things for us.... FOR FREE. I always mention Ramp when I'm working with accounting departments of other companies. But I swear I am not obsessed! I just love Ramp.
Does it have it's drawbacks? Of course. What doesn't have drawbacks? But if I had to quantify them, I would say Ramp has only one drawback for every 50 advantages.

We apply our cashback at the end of the fiscal year, it was simple and easy to do! There were no rules to follow as to what it could apply to, it just applied to our balance.

The Ramp team was great with helping us implement the tool. There were plenty of training tools available when needed. The process is user friendly and we’ve not had any employees having issues with not understanding how to use it. The accounting process is seamless, syncing directly with our ERP. As a NZ business launching in the States, we've had a lot of frustrations with our bank's online payment functionality, which doesn't allow for making batch payments and is generally pretty manual. We were recommended to use Ramp by our US accountant to resolve this issue, and the experience has been amazing. The onboarding process was very painless and it's made managing our payables, and credit card spending so much easier. As well as significantly improving our controls. My only wish is that Ramp was available in countries outside the USA. Great product, and the cashback feature is an amazing bonus.

Ramp is very easy to use. I like the flexibility and control I have as the manager of the business account. It is easy to create and manage employee cards. The restrictions you can place on cards also make me more comfortable issuing temporary cards for equipment/supplies to contractors. I also love being able to create virtual cards with restrictions for different recurring bills or if I need to give a card number over the phone for a one time charge, etc. The integrations with Quickbooks is also very useful. Employees being able to quickly capture receipts and memos saves me a lot of time! If it was available as a personal card, I would have one.

I love that you have helped streamline traveling and policies; it is much easier to get everyone to submit their receipts and follow company protocol versus having to submit reimbursement forms.
