Bought a table and has rust in different areas and is les than a week old, i call RANA and they won't give me a full refund, when is their fault because the table is just low quality and they want me to pay a 30% restocking fee.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience, we bought chairs and a dining room table when they delivered, we saw the chairs all rust, we never signed the received documents we told the guy to take the chairs back they left and didn't take it, we called the store and they said, they won't be received. How can they sell rusty furniture and don't be responsible? We took the chair back to the store, and they said they wouldn't return the money. So we now have a dispute on the credit card.
WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PERIOD!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is long but it goes to show you how ridiculous this company is on handling outright mistakes and product quality issues. I ordered quite a bit of furniture, a bedroom set, living room set, four stools, computer desk, futon, outdoor patio furniture set.
Their policy is once the delivery driver leaves the items are yours and you have 7 days to return them subject to a restocking fee. Problem is they will neither own up to their mistakes nor allow for order adjustments.
Here are the issues:
1. Stools - One stool was used after the delivery truck failed. The piston to adjust the height immediately failed (think sitting on a pogo stick for a chair). They asked for a video and sent it within hours of delivery. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Stools - After closer inspection of the other stools, two had manufacturer defects in the chrome finish, one fuzzy not polished where the coating was not properly applied. The other a line in the chrome finish. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee.
3. Stools - I said clearly these stools are not of sufficient quality and asked to return them. They stated that returning the inferior items would be subject to a restocking fee even with 3 out of 4 manufacturer defect items.
4. Living Room Set - The main set was comprised of two pieces. The two did not connect correctly where one piece sat more than an inch above the other (top and bottom of each piece did not align correctly). They moved the connecting brackets to attempt alignment and after four failed attempts, damaging the wood each time (think moving a picture frame up four times 1/4 inch at a time), I said take the piece back. As it stands right now, this set is paid for and I do not have the set.
5. Living Room Set - The sales rep made a mistake and deleted the white ottoman that came with the set and delivered a black ottoman instead. I refused the piece.
6. Office Futon - Instead of receiving a black futon I received a black ottoman from another living room set.
7. Office Desk - Desk arrived with damage and immediately sent a picture after the driver left. Sent a picture immediately after the drivers left.
8. Master Bedroom - Bunkie Boards were dirty! Sent a picture immediately after the drivers left.
9. Master Bedroom - I asked to delete certain items (manufacturer defect stools) and add a bureau. They wanted me to pay for all items without a credit so they could collect the restocking fee.
I called an elevated this to a manager who sternly stuck to the company policy and restocking fee even with all the issues outlined above. I made numerous attempts to rationalize the situation with the manager to no avail. I asked for the manager's manager, nope she is the manager. I then was left do you really want to go to war instead of fixing the obvious issues, she said that's the company policy.
War it is. Now the world needs to know, don't do business with this shady company that has no respect for the consumer or any reasonable customer service policies. Buyer beware!

This place is horrible
This place is horrible. My mom bought a mattress here and it was the worst mattress I have ever laid on. It feels like straight concrete. For almost 400 dollars I expected something a bit better. They did not explain their extremely strict return policy and restocking fee upon purchase. You have to return the item the same exact moment you receive it or they will charge you a 30% restocking fee to pick it up. They do not allow you to deliver the item yourself and they will not exchange the product. The restocking fee is charged upfront, it can't even be discounted from the refund price. Absolute scam. The staff there is horrible too. They hung up on me twice. We ended up just keeping the mattress to use as a box spring instead of paying a ridiculous restocking fee. Do not buy from here!

Worst place to buy furniture. I bought an Antoine dining room table set. I purchased insurance on the set that supposedly to cover everything including accidentally damaged in less than 2 years the tables and the chair cover with stains all over I reached out to them make a claim to find out everything I was told was a lie. WORST EXPERIENCE
I bought a white leather sofa paid in full $1,889.78 on 11/21/2020 to be delivery on 12/29/2020. the delivery not was on time I received in January 2021 a damage sofa, with a hole in the leather, dirty and full of wrinkles in the leather. They refuse to exchange the sofa for another new in good conditions and didn't accept to be returned. This is the worst company I have work with.

I’ve bought a dining several days ago. It came with a defect and the table turned to be good just for staging the house where no one lives and uses it as if you lean on the side of the table it will break. I called the store within an hour of delivery and now I’ll be charged 20% + shipment 137$ for the return, which they never mentioned before, just put on the contract. They just mentioned: “make sure to check everything while the drivers were there”. Does this phrase mean that I have to know I’ll be charged 20% off the purchase + shipment? And only atm or debit card :).
I wanted to exchange for another set of furniture even more expensive, paying the difference, but same conditions 20% and + shipment cost :)
The store is always empty and seems like the owners and managers only earn in returns.
So on the product of almost 1400$ the total cost of return was more than 400$. How many paid deliveries could it be!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service I've come across. I was suppose to get my mattress delivered on dec 28. They called me 3 weeks before and told me they weren't coming till jan. I told them I couldn't wait. They said they would come on the dec 29. I cut my kids Christmas vacation because they were delivering the 29th. Janet from the homestead store called that morning and told me they weren't coming because we're the only thing they have coming to the Keys and they're not coming down just for that. If I wanted to I could drive to the warehouse and pick it up myself. Told me to call Joe Jarvick which was the guy in charge of sending out deliveries. Boy is that the worst person to have in that position. He told me they're not coming for one thing in the Keys. I told him that's unacceptable. I needed the bed. He told me take it or leave it. I told him to give me the number or email to someone above him. He said there was no one alive him except the CEO and he wasn't giving me that. I've should've listen to all of the horror stories about this company but I thought I was getting a deal. But like they say, you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
