Horrible! Horrible! Horrible. Ordered a Varsity Jacket for the granddaughter for Christmas. Ordered it on December 7th. Have been getting nothing but a run around. I told them I wanted a refund and to date they have only offered a partial refund of 30.00 on 114.97 jacket that WAS NEVER SHIPPED by their own admission. I don't know if this will help but I am calling our Attorney General and file against them. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. COMPLETED SCAM!!

Too bad I had to give this site one star. Zero stars would be a much better fit. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a jacket and never received it and all attempts to get a replacement or a refund have been almost ignored. I emailed several times and got nowhere except after my last stern email, he replied that the merchandise was delivered by UPS and told me to follow up with them or the post office but he would not give me the tracking number so I could do that....probably because there wasn't one. I practically begged for a resolution and he does nothing. After more research, I found so many others that he did this too. Really sad that his artistic ability takes a back seat to his ability to scam people.

Poor quality ranboo sweatshirt merch
It took about a month for the $45 +$5 shipping sweatshirt to be delivered. It was the lowest quality material and the lowest quality print, we were very disappointed as we were expecting quality for that price. We tried to return it, but they refused. Awful experience, pick another knock off fan merch site.
