Rangeme is a overhyped money grab. With NO Support what-so-ever...
I was asked to sign up from a contact at one of the stores who uses RangeMe. Upon trying to perform the registations, I couldn't find a category for my product. I reached out to support to get help. RangeMe blatantly said that I need to pay $99 for support. I couldn't get basic support from the company, unless I paid $99.

While waiting for a support response, I went to another person's account, which had paid for their service. I surfed through the postings and found the store that had suggested that I sign up to RangeMe. I called that person (the company point of contact, the brands poc for the RangeMe account). Upon asking about the post, this person didn't know what I was talking about. After searching around and linking the post to them. They claimed they never made this post. So it seemed like RangeMe had created a false job post in their company name.. So after further investigation and calling different Corporate offices, I found a few more fake posts...

After coming to Trust Pilot to put up a honest review. The company claimed my post was definition. Which it wasn't. Trustpilot also removed the post, even after I proved that the company refused basic sales support, by demanding money in order to receive support for a basic ONBOARDING question.
After coming on here, there are MANY other people who have similar support issues and lack of refunds from the company. Along with other similar concepts.
RangeMe is a typical Job posting scam. While they have actual corporate offices of some brands. There is no confirmation or way to show that they post real needs. It's best to communicate with those corporate offices off of this platform.
I'm settling me contract with the corporate office without using RangeMe. There is no reason to pay someone to get you in contact with someone, when their information is public. Reselling Public information is highly sketchy.

RangeMe charged us over $3,000 on their Pro program with verbal promises to put us in front of relevant retailers 3 separate times within the year. We received nothing but email marketing from their parent company and when we complained, on several occasions, they hurried what seemed like a speed dating system for us to join which meant 3 quick meetings in one shot, just to get it over with it seems. According to their rep: "It's unfortunate to hear that the meetings were not what you were hoping for. To clarify, you would receive three free 20-minute face-to-face meetings with different retail buyers at the same single ECRM session, all conveniently arranged for you on the same day to help make your travel most efficient. The only costs you are responsible for would be your flights and hotel, if applicable. It would be quite difficult to meet buyers face-to-face if you're unwilling to travel to meet them, though." We would be more than happy to fly anywhere for "real meetings" that was more than a few minutes. Why would we spend thousands of dollars to fly to a meeting and it lasts less than half an hour? But lets look beyond the logistics for RangeMe, the issue here, is the false advertising and promises. This is VERY different to what was sold to us. We were told that we get to have 3 face to face meetings within a year. As a start up, $3-$4,000 seemed worth it just for that and that is why we signed up. Further more, after reaching out multiple times, RangeMe did nothing much to provide opportunities to meet legitimate relevant retailers. 7 months passed by and we had to complain to have them send us anything at all. We did however, in 7 months, received a ton of spam like offers from their parent company with very expensive intros to retailers.
DO NOT waste your money on their PRO program. Even after giving multiple feedback, they continued to come back with cut and paste customer service answers and provide no real support. After I turned off auto-renew, they offered 15-25% OFF. Why not offer that when a customer provides critical feedback on their program.
I wouldn't waste your money on this. It's too bad several retailers use their system in order for brands to get an application in. This company needs to take feedback more seriously and professionally and spend more time really helping new brands flourish for what they charge, instead of email spamming and false advertising and promises.
Bad show. If they respond to this and provide multiple reasons, I can assure you that at the end of this year, we have made zero dollars and seen zero retailers. Buyer Beware.
