We are not going to renew our premium…

We are not going to renew our premium subscription; main reason is we have nearly 400 snacks and the process to upload all of them is unknown!

No leads

No leads, Nobody to help in the process to gain leads or close a deal, very poor support, not too happy with results for over two years and not a $100 sales with a $3k investment!!
Unsure if I will continue next year with your organization. Will seek other options if needed. Because of the results obtained with RangeMe I am not interested in ECRM meetings or offers.

ECRM Sessions, on the other hand, are structured differently. ECRM focuses on facilitating guaranteed face-to-face meetings with regional and national retailers. These sessions include dedicated Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who help prepare you for your meetings and ensure you understand the objectives of each buyer. The pricing structure for ECRM reflects this hands-on approach and the direct engagement it facilitates.

While RangeMe provides an online platform for ongoing visibility, ECRM is designed for those looking for targeted, in-person meetings with buyers. Both serve unique purposes within the product discovery and sales process.

Just another "get in front of retailers!" company

I don't believe businesses should be hamstrung into paying premium fees just to get in front of retailers. In a very low margin and often low to no capital world, CPG businesses are taken advantage of by companies like RangeMe looking to bleed just a little more cash out of them. The vast majority of people who have paid for premium have said its a bad investment - trust them.

I have not seen many results yet

I have not seen many results yet. This is year three of paying as a certified brand. Wish I could see some real results by being a part of this platform. I have submitted my brand to hundreds of companies over the last 3 years.

It is fairly simple to get items…

It is fairly simple to get items uploaded for our brands and our contact at RangeMe has been very helpful every time I have ask about something. Submissions are responded to in a very timely manner.

I do wish that we were able to submit more than one brand to a vendor rather than having to do multiple submissions. I also understand the different vendors need different information but I have seen many that I have submitted to asking a bunch of basic information that is listed either in our profile or for the items.

Premiums waste of money for small companies that make common items

In the one year for which we paid for premium services, we didn't receive any orders. I applied to several relevant companies and only got two responses, both of which required a $300 fee to participate. So after spending over $2,000, we didn't make any money. When I brought this up to our account manager, they simply said that it takes time. This is not a satisfactory response. I need to see how you can help me and how you can promote our products to different stores.

No return on investment - will find other sales channels to invest

Not sure how anyone actually gets positive ROI from RangeMe or their ECRM programs. Very expensive for both and no sales regardless of how hard I've attempted to work with any leads. Samples sent with no feedback or responses after several attempts. ECRM charged $500 just to meet with Sysco through their diversity program, 10 minute meeting and zero follow up email opens (not even opened much less responded). Very disappointing for a new brand on a budget.
