No aftersale service, extreme hidden shipping cost. Best candles.

For 2 candles paid 60 USD + 10$ for shipping to Canada, I received a FedEx bill of 38CAD$ (3$ tax = ok, 30$ fed ex fees + tax on service... no way) a couple of days later. USA made candles are not even charged with customs fees (free trade ageeement). This was not explained correctly on their website and unexpected. After sending 2 emails with no reply (after more than 2 weeks) to try to solve this issue, I am forced to not recommend this company to any International customers until they fix their shipping method or explain the risk and cost. Appart from that, best candles I know about.
