Ordered a keyboard January 27 2026. After a month still no delivery of my product. I Have try to contact them by email, chat and webform, but no response at all. Opened a dispute case with the card issuer to get a refund.
I ordered a set of "Premium Blanks PBT Keycaps" on January 29th, 2025. After two weeks of silence, I contacted them via online chat and email but received no response. I had to initiate a dispute with my credit card provider to get a refund.
But then, on May 15th, 2025, I was charged again without any communication from them. I've sent further messages and emails, and once again, there's been no response. I now have to go through the tedious process of another credit card dispute.
Unacceptable!
