My child wanted to play LoL with me against bots. I purchased a lvl30 account. I was instantly provided with login creds and instructions on how to change things. Was as an easy as process as you could do. My first time ever doing this so I was a bit skeptical. Incredibly low price and it came with enough BE for her to buy a bunch of champs to play with.

Trusted company - highly recommended
I've used many boosting services over the years, but Ranked Kings is definitely the best of the best.
The website is easy to use, you search for the champion you want, select one of the skins and then pick from several accounts (some do not have enough orange essence since you'll be turning shards you don't want into OE but it states this).
If you're purchasing several, do not tie them all to the same email address as I had issues with Riot over this and was only able to recover one account - BUT ranked kings honoured the life time warranty within a matter of days.
