I am satisfied with the service that I have received from "RankMeLocally" at the present time. We are still developing the SEO. The results from the SEO are not in yet. The project manager that I am working with appears to be interested in our success.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAM.

IF YOU IN EARLY STAGES, BETTER CANCEL YOUR PLAN BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

ASK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CANCEL IT AND REVERSE THE PAYMENTS.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH THEM IN THE CONTRACT.

MAKE SURE THEY RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES OTHERWISE THEY WILL CERTAINLY GET AWAY FROM THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES.

THEY DONT GUARANTEE ALL KEYWORD RANKING. THEY SCAM YOU BY WRITING THAT IN CONTRACT. AFTER THE TIME IS UP THEY SWITCH YOUR MANAGER AND END THE CONTRACT.

I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT. IF YOU HAVE SIMILAR EXPERIENCE, JOIN ME IN THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

Working with Keith has been great so far. We started working with Rankmelocally right before the pandemic hit, and it’s helped us get some leads even in this very difficult time to find work. We definitely rank higher on Google than before with the keywords for our industry. Keith is very detail oriented and attentive - we’ve had several phone calls with him and he’s got a great no nonsense approach. Overall the team has been great with communication and they’ve really helped our rankings.

I am writing this because during my sales process, I appreciated the excellent company overview of Rank Me Locally, the technical education, and advisory skills of Nathan Stokes, Pre-Sales Project Consultant.

I called in to Rank Me Locally, expecting a call center - trying to push a canned program for a canned price.

Boy, was I shocked.

Nathan did not do what others did - pushing me along a company script - waiting to “close” me and move on to the next call.

He actually questioned me on my business, listened for about 30 minutes, and then decided that I needed some education on the technologies involved and an understanding of my options to move forward.

After the call, he sent a very detailed follow-on email. Then, I scheduled a second call in which Nathan customized a website development, content writing, SEO, and website hosting program around my business and budget.

Most surprising is that Nathan really was what his business card said he was, a consultant that scoped out my project and made me feel that he had my back with the project team he was about to introduce (and which turned out to be true).

I could go on and on, but to simplify my praise:

· Nathan has an exceptional talent in dealing with people, managing his prospects, and is the best pre-sales consultant that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He is an “expert” and beyond my wildest dreams of how good someone with his rare skills could be.

· Nathan has an amazing memory and recall for my business - and knows website technologies inside and out - how they all interact and are connected - something that technical people have a hard time translating to business people like me.

· Nathan has an uncanny ability to read potential customers and knows what types of customized services to offer. It is apparent that the next customer with my needs will not get the same standard service.

· Nathan is humble and gracious. He is never in a bad mood and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. I thank God for Nathan !

Looking back 40 years of my corporate life, I never liked the surprise of the large void when someone like Nathan quit - especially those that I was not aware of and who were so valuable.

So I hope Rank Me Locally lends Nathan a “sincere” compliment.”

Highly recommend these guys. They are easy and great to work with! They constantly stay in contact with you, throughout the entire process of the work that they do for you and your company. They also deliver the work that they do in a very timely matter. Lastly, they are just great at what they do.
