Bought a Polynesian ukulele that was defected when I was in Easter island. I noticed it was defect after I was home in Europe again. I contacted them in order to see if they could send the parts that were defected. The owner was super arrogant and his response was “ Don’t they have parts in your country ?" Super disrespectful in my opinion. Stay away from this store.
