Utter crap
Utter crap. Order didn’t arrive in 2 hour window. No updates from Waitrose, no movement in the tracking app. It’s 9.10 at night and Christ knows if or when my food will show up. Stick to Deliveroo or Amazon.

Absolutly disgusting service
Absolutly disgusting service. I placed an order and was sent a text message letting me know that my delivery would be with me by 13.18 when it hadn't arrived by 13.30 I checked in my account to track my order, I couldn't track it as they had cancelled my order as they didn't have the milk and eggs in stock so my order was under £10.00. Common courtesy would of seen a text message sent explaining this, the same way as they sent me a text message to confirm my order.

I have been a cusomer of Waitrose for many years and I am a so-called "priority customer" I have always been happy with the items ordered even though some of my regular items are not available anymore( I have a continental taste)
However I am now not able to book a Christmas slot.
I do find this unacceptable .I find that Iceland is not the same quality ,but much cheaper. Delivery is the following day!!!!!!! Waitrose will have lost a customer if I do not get a delivery slot..

Waitrose Rapid - do not use
Have tried Waitrose Rapid three times now - two times previously they didn't have 75% of the items in stock, despite being listed as available on the website when ordered. Result is you get a few items at a ludicrous price because of the delivery fee. Put this down to teething problems and tried one more time, only to find third time lucky, it's way past the 2 hour delivery window, order 'picked and packed' hours ago yet no sign of the order being on its way, and all the website does is point you to their phone number, which they don't answer. Been on hold 20+ minutes and nothing.

Bouquet flowers for my daughters…
Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, was delivered on the day, just left on the doorstep, in the sunshine although boxed up, she opened them up, were lovely, didn't last long, paid £40, deteriorated within 5 day..😑😑😑 really disappointed!

This is for Waitrose rapid
This is for Waitrose rapid, I was disappointed, fresh produce was not the best.
The meat and fish were room temperature as the order was dispatched two hours before it arrived, it was stored in a padded bag. To be fair I rang and was refunded these items, I threw them away, in this current climate I didn't want to risk food poisoning.
