Just what I was looking for
This program is great! I get a great workout in as little as 20 minutes from home with minimal equipment (bands). I'm losing weight, building muscle, lowering my cholesterol, spending better quality time with my wife and family... what's not to like! Fabian is a great coach and genuinely a great human being, making it easy to press play on one of his workouts every morning!

Best fitness investment I’ve ever made
I’m not a big writer of reviews, but if this is a way that I can give back to Basement Beast it’s the least I can do.
Short, and extremely effective workouts are the name of the game and if you do the work there’s no way you won’t see results.
I can’t speak higher of Fabian, Basement Beast Customer Service and the community Basement Beast has been able to develop around the program.
Without question the best investment in my health and fitness I’ve ever made.

I spoke with my customer service team, and Taylor mentioned she already reached out to you to resolve the issue.
This was initially caused by a server migration, which caused issues with a handful of accounts over the last 2 weeks. This is now fully resolved and you should not experience any further issues.
Once again, my apologies for the interruption to your workouts.
We've begun the development of our app, which will make the entire UX much cleaner.

Basement Beast is the best! Super-fast, consistent, and fun workouts. The atmosphere is positive and energetic! Being a full-time husband and father, with a full-time career it was hard to find time. This program gives you zero excuses to get your ass into shape. Basement BEAST is a health investment!! Do it!

Fabian has taken the stress and intimidation out of committing to a long term fitness routine. There’s something for everyone with the variety of workout videos available, and you can fit any of them into any busy schedule. I’ve completed the 12 week resistance band program and I’m excited to be starting the new dumbbell transformation program. The best part is that I look and feel much healthier, mentally and physically, to be a better husband and father. Thank you so much!

They do not ship resistance bands outside of the USA or Canada.
The
12 week training programme is very good. Unfortunately when you sign up from UK you cannot then purchase the resistance bands as they do not ship outside of the US or Canada.

Basement Beast changed my life
Basement Beast really helped me in my weight loss journey. I lost 55lbs (256-201) a little more than five months. The 12 Week Transformation is an incredible program. I saw huge gains in strength while losing weight. A good diet tailored to my needs while doing BB changed my life. I went from a XXL to a L shirt size and a 42 waist to 32. I feel incredible and I’m way more confident in myself.

This resistance band programme is great
This resistance band programme is great. It is tough and really starts to push you. Fabian's coaching really helps maintain your motivation. I love his charisma. It feels l;like you are literally working out with him as your personal trainer. Best programme I have done and am sticking to.
Only problem is that you are expected to buy the bands which I was happy to do, however they do not ship to Europe which has been frustrating and I have needed to use some old bands.

You’ve come to the right place
I stumbled upon BB a few years ago (peak COVID) as gyms were no longer very popular, I was looking for something you could do at home. After searching everywhere and trying a few BS programs I came across Fabian and BB!!
Hooked, line and sinker!! This is a great program, easy to follow (I mean Fabian is right there with you pushing you), great tips, helpful staff, I look forward to each days PUMP or an office joke!!
The programs continues to grow, if your looking for a great community, awesome workouts with actual results then you’ve come to the right place!!
Thanks Fabian and team Basement Beast for this wonderful journey!
