We had a sewage blockage that we discovered on Sunday. We were able to call Rapid Response Draincare the same evening and secure an appointment for the following day.
We had Stuart come for a call out. Very professional and efficient. He undid the blockage in a matter of minutes (despite us struggling for hours) , had a camera out in to check the pipes too. He also explained what the issue was. All very good.
Was easy to pay, easy to get an appointment, overall excellent service.

Excellent Customer Service. From my first phone call think Gordon was his name! He couldn’t have been more helpful in getting me the help I needed to unblock toilet drain he also told me what the cost would be which was spot on, was also told that he could have someone out that day which was a Sunday afternoon however as I had another toilet in my home opted for Monday. Harris was at my door at 6:50am and couldn’t have been more helpful he talked me through everything he was going to do and the outcome he had a lovely friendly manner he solved the problem in under 30 minutes, what a lovely young man he’s a credit to your team and I would totally recommend your company to anyone for the excellent service you provide thank you so much 😊
