Fast and friendly service
Just had a new boiler supplied and fitted with Rapid Response and they were. We decided we needed a new boiler on a Thursday and it was up and running the following Wednesday john the fitter was so helpful fixing a few snags without a fuss and left the kitchen clean and tidy everybody we spoke to were really helpful but not pushy. The price was very reasonable we would definitely recommend them.

Excellent service
Our boiler broke down completely. We knew it would happen soon as we had had it a long time. I rang round to get some numbers of rated companies and rang Rapidresponse heating and plumbing. Liam could not have been more helpful, he juggled his workload around and arranged a new boiler to be installed on Sunday!! He explained all the details about what boiler would suit our bungalow and answerd our questions. Ben and John arrived just after 8am and did an excellent job. Cleaned all refuse away including the old boiler. They explained all the boilers workings and any questions we had. Couldn't fault them.
So if you need a reliable plumbing company with pleasant staff look no further.

Brilliant and very quick service! It was freezing weather and they came the next morning! The engineer was particularly helpful and Rapid Response gave the best deal by far from all the other boiler replacement quotes I received. Thank you! Will definitely be taking up your service offer.
