Service was spot on. He arrived within the hour to secure my house and board up a door window which had been smashed. He'd finished in roughly half hour. No problems to report.

I received an invoice from this company 19 months later. Having gone through anhorrific experience with a tenant…….. no rent, drugs, police and police raid.
I thought it was all ended and then the invoice arrived. I spoke to the company, the woman was extremely unpleasant not at all sympathetic and gave me no options but to pay it ( apart from instalments)
Terrible company, all they care about is the money from what I can see.
Extortionate price.
Would have procured services from another company had I known the service was not free (through police)
£240 to board a window, when quoted £140 from another company. Shameful.
The fitter however was friendly.
Prompt and fast service, property was secured in 20 minutes or less once the fitter arrived on site
Very speedy attendence job secured very good and great friendly lads thank you

RSL called out by Police following forced entry into a flat we own. RSL apparently "secured the property" - however, upon our attendance, the door had not been made secure (no additional locking mechanism fitted and original locks damaged and incapable of locking) - therefore, the door was open. RSL maintain that door was secured which blatantly is not true. Fully accept that in emergencies, costs need to be borne by someone, but grievance is that they did not do their job properly ! - beware !!
West Yorkshire Police organised the call out to an attempted burglary. The response was quick and "impenetrable" adhesive plastic sheeting attached to the inside of the unbroken glass pane. Traditional boarding was not used as it would make our dining room "as dark as a dungeon". A screwdriver was used to dislodge the shattered glass on the outside pane and fell out over all the patio area. No attempt was made to sweep it up. We were told that the door was now secure and no-one would be able to gain entry through it. The bill would be in the order of £250 to £300.
I asked two independent local glazing companies to quote for a replacement, both were appalled at what they saw. In their opinion the door was not secure, the impenetrable sheeting merely remaining the glass in place if it was shattered . One of the glazing companies even swept up the shattered glass on our patio.
One company would have charged £50 to do what had been done, the other had a standard charge of £120 to board. Both advised me not to pay the bill.
Really fast and efficient and made a difficult situation better.

Terrible service, very expensive - avoid.
The police called out Rapid Secure to board one broken window of our deceased mother's empty flat. I believe that the man was there for less than five minutes, and no quote was given for how much it was going to cost. All the man did was put the board up, leaving all of the smashed window glass and frame on the patio and in the bedroom. For this we received a bill of £318!!
When we complained that we hadn't arranged for the service (the police did), that no indication of price was given and that none of the glass was cleared up we were told that they never give quotes out until they see the damage, the bill just comes later - meaning that they can charge whatever they like. And regarding the glass being left on the ground everywhere, apparently it was a "saftey hazard" to clear it. Never mind that we had to do it, without gloves or proper equipment and that we were being charged £300 for their service. All in all, it felt like we were being taken advantage of, particularly given that we were upset about the flat having just been burgled. :-(
Used the service following a break in and needed an emergency lock to make the house safe. It cost £300 the two guys arrived and it took less than 2 mins to put the lock in. When I got a proper locksmith we discovered that the guys hadn’t removed all of the old lock and not fitted the door handle on properly. I understand it was an early morning call out but an expensive service for what I now know was a poor service. Not good when you feel at your most vulnerable.
Very helpful response from initial call - arranged for the engineer to get out to us as soon as possible.
Would recommend their service to anyone in need!

I cannot possibly thank Rapid Secure enough for their understanding and compassion during what was and continues to be an extremely distressing time in our lives,
The lady was professional and empathetic, she listened and acted quickly in order to resolve the issue.
I cannot thank you enough !
Kindest regards Cheryl
