I had real difficulty downloading and installing the software, but none of this was the fault of Rapidsoftware, and in fact Anand responded to my pleas for help in seconds, and stayed with me until I had sorted the problem. He's a star. But 4 stars rather than 5 as some of the links supplied were not quite right at first. But the price and quality is definitely 5 star!

I have purchased 2016 Office Home and Student and now 2019 Outlook from Rapid Software. Activation of my first purchase was flawless and the product has worked without a hitch for several months now. Based on that positive experience, I purchased 2019 Outlook about a week ago. When I encountered some issues with product key activation, I found customer support to be extremely responsive. It took two sessions (maybe 20-30 minutes each) to resolve the issue, but their customer support personnel, Anand and Ram, finally got my Outlook activated. Both of them were polite and eager to help. I can confidently recommend Rapid Software because their products work as promised (once activated) and they definitely stand behind what they sell (to get you activated if you have a hitch).

I got everything as promised, easy to install and I am enjoying the product.

Franco is a star. He is amazing and helped several times to install Windows. This is the second time I have used this company and both times the service has been superb.

Supported software works activated. Lost product keys once. Thanks, support, put them back again.

I paid for a windows xp tablet pc edition and I got a normal windows xp, without product key.

I emailed for advice as I had to factory reset my computer and had some problems activating my office software. My email was answered very promptly and Franco then talked me through the steps to resolve my issue. Very professional and helpful Customer Service. Thankyou Franco and Anand

Great service. However I bought a lifetime package and due to no fault of mine my computer crashed. Because I didn’t have the opportunity to deactivate the package I had to buy a windows package again. I found this disappointing as the existing windows package had only been installed for approx 6 months. The staff were sympathetic but it was out of their control.

I had a problem with a program I purchased last year; and it was sorted out with interest, care and dedication by an expert at Rapid Software who spent a lot of time and patience helping me sort it.

Rapid Software Limited is Great, you can buy product Keys for Windows, Office and etc. And they will store the Key for you. It is genuine and fast. Very responsive and will help at any time. The customer care team is great.

Good vendor. Used several times and will probably use again. Their recommended method for creating a boot disc on USB was a wild goose chase, though.
