Both Anand and Joffre were very helpful and patient with me as I fumbled my way through the process of buying and installing Microsoft Office.
I founf the Rapid Software website confusing and not 'user friendly' at times, but in the end they got me through and the software works fine.
I will recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy software and have already installed it on 3 machines - 2 of mine and another.

When I recently had a problem with a product key, I contacted Rapid Software and they were extremely helpful. Not only did Anand respond quickly and courteously, but he solved my problem by providing me a new key. I will definitely purchase from Rapid Software again. Highly recommended.

I was happy with the process and the speed of execution. I could not download from the link, but assumed it was my network. I downloaded from the alternative site link with no issue. Installed with no issue. When I went to register I was told this was not a valid product, even though it accepted my Product Code during installation. If I can get this fixed, then I would give the rating a solid 100%

The software was great, well priced and easy to install and set up, I’d recommend using rapid to everyone

Unfortunately a scam. Turns out is a mallware...or a software that is not compatible with any antivir. Asked for a refund but I doubt I’ll get anything. Advice:TO BE AVOIDED!!

This is my third time I am purchasing/installing software online from different vendors. One of them didn't work at all, so my average experience is very disappointing. But not in this case! Rapid Software figured all out, my installation of Windows10 worked flawlessly, so I didn't have to tweak or change/adjust anything! I received email with instructions literally seconds after my purchase and windows 10 got activated automatically without any hiccups. Big Thank You to the whole team, I greatly appreciate doing business with you!
Bottom line: I would highly recommend this company and their offers, do not bother with eBay.

Pleased that I found this company, one of the best value sites for Office 2016. Paid by bank transfer, payment confirmed almost immediately. Slight panic when no product key was present on the link, waited a short while then contacted the company via chat facility. Joffre responded in minutes and sorted this, product was then downloaded fine and all working well.
