Attempted to purchase a product. When it got to the payment part of the process it would only allow me to pay by bank transfer. Sugato, the techie, was very helpful and suggested a number of different solutions including using my smart phone to pay but it kept requesting payment by BACS. When adding their details to my bank account, HSBC, it would not accept their sort code. Therefor the order and transaction was cancelled. Pity because the product was what I required,

Franco helped me fix my problems. I would suggest getting a Spanish speaking support assistant or page, as my father didn't know how to speak English.

Great customer support and extremely helpful

Had problem with key, checked a few things, new key provided, no problem.

I had difficulty with getting Product Key to work. Turned out I had the wrong version of the Product Loaded. I got excellent and prompt help from "Ram" who proved very knowledgeable and helpful and also very patient with me while the issue was sorted. Very Good experience.

Had difficulty downloading and running setup but used online chat and their agent Anand was most helpful and got me to a point of registering my product key and getting up and running! Would recommend.
