I am extremely dissatisfied with Rapid Translate. I paid for a certified translation and notarization, but the service was incomplete as the notarization provided was invalid. Communication was slow, and the typo errors and the invalid notarization in the service were unacceptable. I had to contract another company to finish the job, wasting valuable time. I am requesting a refund and would not recommend this company to anyone. They constantly delay and deflect to provide a refund for the services I paid for that I did not receive.

This is an extremely fraudulent company…
This is an extremely fraudulent company and I would HIGHLY warn anyone against using their services. I submitted a request to have a single page, standard official document translated. I then received an email that based on the word count that I would need to pay three times the cost. Essentially 150 dollars for a single simple page of translation. There is no way on the website to cancel the service and no one will pick up at their customer service number. Complete frauds. Please do not use this service for translation.

Love the fact that they give you a link and once you are ready to pay for it you pay it! It's all done via email, but if you need to speak to someone you actually CAN. The turnaround is amazing! I had a deadline that was due in less than a week. Got my translations in 2 days and it was a few pages too. Best translating service I've ever dealt with.

Very quick, Professional, Qualitative, Efficient. Friendly and good customer service. The website was very easy to use. The last part, the viewing and commenting was a bit difficult to do on my phone but otherwise the usability was great, I just switched to my tablet for that part.

Translation was accurate and the translated pages had same look and feel as the original. Customer care was very responsive. Within 24 weeks had the online translation and within 3 working days the paper copies. We are very satisfied.

Updated review - the translation arrived just on time for my appointment even though initially the tracking website suggested it would arrive too late. I ordered express with next day delivery, it took 3 days but still arrived on time for my appointment and the company issued me a refund for the difference between standard and next day delivery. Very pleased with customer service and the quality of the translation!
