Scam waited over 3 months and they won't reply dont waste your time

The biggest scam company Award goes to... I’ve ordered a month ago and still haven’t recieved anything, and they dont reply on any form of communication. Dont buy this shit

DO NOT BUY. You will not receive anything, no communication. Scam. Have reported.

no replies to emails, items yet to arrive, no replies on their instagram and other socials.
not sure if they are a scam business or just lazy.
have found the founders online and will look to take case further.

I placed an order with this company over six weeks ago, fully aware (and accepting) of the stated 4–6 week delivery window. However, that time has now passed, and I have yet to receive the product — or even a single update regarding the delay.

What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. I’ve sent multiple email enquiries, none of which have been acknowledged or answered. At this point, I have no idea if or when my order will ever arrive.

This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of basic customer service or accountability is unacceptable.

Unless things change drastically, I can’t recommend this company to others. I’ll be requesting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.

No response to emails. No acknowledgement of return and no refund. Rejected the delivery cos my nephew changed his mind.

Contacted them a number of times but no response and no refund.

Update. Have received a refund. Nobody responded to my emails.

No order received after 3 weeks and no response from emails sent. Quite happy to take your money but not send anything out.

Love the cobra bag. They sent to me all the way to my gym in Dubai called TKMMAFIT.
And easily one of our most popular equipments for people to use, including influencers and professional fighters. Also the paddle pads i highly recommend for all boxing trainers as their ones are of the most high quality, and so much safer on the wrists and has made my personal training sessions a lot more easier

Recently purchased the RAPZ Cobra Bag for our boxing gym. Great piece of equipment that has really helped our boxers improve their speed, timing and head movement. Would definitely recommend for all boxing gyms and at home. So impressed we have ordered 2 more.

Very happy customer, he said it’s addictive, fun and definitely difficult to start with, but once you get use to it you will definitely start to see major improvements!

Awful, I ordered from an Instageam ad. They look the part, but don't act the part. No response to emails, no delivery dates or updates. They state delivery within 1-2 business days and not a single update after 4 days. Hopefully I'll receive my product but the customer service is shocking.

I would give 0 stars if that is an option.

I ordered my gym equipment over a month ago, with the Instagram ad saying delivery in 3 working days.

Over 3 working WEEKS later still no sign, and I have just had an email to say it will be another WEEK minimum before I receive my order.

This company is beyond a joke.

Use this company if you want your gym equipment ready for Summer 2025

Ordered gloves and a bag for my son who's trying to get into boxing. My sons loving it and I have a go sometimes although I'm not as good. Been using it almost every day since it came and the quality hasn't dropped once.
