Great customer service, quality product, I am happy with this brand.

The earrings I purchased were the spiked silver heart ones after putting them on I noticed they were much lighter than I thought they would be and when I had a problem with one of the latches it didn't take long for a customer service representative to respond to me a few hours after I wrote an email explaining one of my earring clasps were bent a day after I received the product and it had a problem closing I was immediately sent a new replacement and it's already out for shipment as we speak I don't normally write reviews like this but I had to after I received such good customer service

The jewelry is very well made and high quality with soo many different and unique styles to choose from. I purchased the gold heartbreak necklace with the heavy Cuban chain, and i am NEVER taking it off. The color is a beautiful shade of gold that looks expensive and unique. It is so hard to find affordable, high quality jewelry that people put a lot of hard work and love into. I can tell Rare Romance genuinely cares about their consumers as well as the quality and style of their jewelry. I’m a forever fan. ❤️

Every single piece I have ever purchased has been amazing, and what I call “Wearable Art.” Rare Romance not only has a luxe appearance, but the feel and weight of each piece is perfection; customer service is top notch- this company really does live up to everything stated, and will go WAY out of the norm to make sure you are TOTALLY happy with your purchase. Jewelry is of amazing quality however I only received half of my order. I contacted customer support days ago to no avail not even a response. Quality is great but customer support ain’t it

amazing quality. ive had the jewelry for about 7 months now and i havent taken it off since i got it, like genuinely. i shower with it on and no rust. it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive which isnt bad in my opinion, the wait was completely worth it. it might be a little pricey for some, but its only because its such good quality. invest in good jewelry!! 100/10

I have not wore them yet but I was sold mainly on the material sign stainless steel as that is durable enough for my liking compared to Other sellers who might have a item I like but just know won’t last. I thought romance would be on there as it was branded on the image of the earring but I don’t care too much about it honestly just thought I would note that.

The fast shipping I've ever seen from a business! My chain was super well packaged and feels super lux! All my jewelry is 24k gold, so I was skeptic on trying their pieces but my first impression has me blown away. I'm in love and will definitely purchase more pieces in the future!
