I love everything about this brand.

I am in love with their liquid and cream blushes, they are very long stay and creamy easy to bland and packaging.

They didn't send me my order, they sent me 3 items of someone else's instead of my 6 item order and it's been weeks without a response. So disappointing I definitely won't be purchasing from them anymore.

Customer service is very unhelpful. I’ve contacted them so many times regarding my refund and I didn’t get an email back. I sent my return almost a month ago and still haven’t received my refund and when I checked my account on their website, I can’t find information regarding my return. Selena’s makeup products are good but avoid buying from the site. Might as well purchase from Sephora.

I’ve returned a matte lipstick on 4/20 and was informed the return would arrive at their facility on 5/1 and I would receive an email after the fact notifying me of when my refund would appear on my account. I’ve reached out 4 times throughout this entire process and have had no responses to my emails and reps telling me the same thing over and over but I still have not received any communication regarding the refund. Try your best not to buy from the Rare Beauty website. Sephora is so much easier to deal with especially if you need to return something. Incredibly disappointed with this entire process. I had high expectations for Rare Beauty and have been let down repeatedly by their horrible returns process and lack of communication.

Exciting makeup brand with a fantastic message!

The products are really good quality and the pigment is insanely good! The blushes will last you forever with that pigment as you only need a bit to have a glowing look.

I've never had a problem ordering from the brand or other external sites and I'm always happy with the products when I try them out! Definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality makeup brand with crazy good pigment and stands for a positive message.

Customer service sucks. I have 3 orders I have issues with and it’s been months and they have done nothing. They can send hundreds of PR packages but screw the paying customers. Why make sure they get what they ordered or if they are happy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Worst I ever experienced.
My highlighter (in a compact) came completly smashed, its been 3 weeks since contacting customer service and nothing has been done!!

This is Selena Gomez’s makeup line: for someone who is supposed to be positive and uplifting, the customer service is anything but. I don’t know what is wrong with these antisocial people in customer care. I called with concerns about an allergy in a product. They claimed that their products are fragrance free. There is a Positive Light makeup that completely has this awful sunscreen scent. It makes my eyes burn and nose red. They just said return to the store and I called and they hung up going straight to the survey. I gave them all 1s. I would hope that if I had a beauty brand I would be attentive to my customers and make the experience the best as possible, addressing all concerns.

I love their products that I bought from Sephora but my goodness the customer service via their official site is appalling. I placed an order 10 days ago and it was canceled immediately with no explanation. After emailing them, they told me it was my credit card problem and brushed it off. Except that my credit card worked just fine that day and I never got any notification from them about denied charges either. I asked for more clarification and they just completely ignored me. Yeah I get that your products are popular but that doesn't mean you treat your customers like trash. Won't be buying their products again.

Customer service is unhelpful. I bought her setting spray that stopped working and they told me too bad because it was over 30 days. I don't wear makeup everyday.They're just after your money; don't condone this company cause they could care less.

Bought some items today. Happy with my new things.

ABSOLUTE LOVE! Hope you guys bring the products soon here, the only hassle I have is ordering from abroad but everything else makes me so happy

I placed my order on June 20,2022 , it’s now July 11, I did 1 business day ( overnight shipping) they still haven’t ship out my package, I’ve sent them emails multiple times, they won’t let me cancel my order, told me to be patient. Such terrible experience, will never order again.

Rare beauty soft pinch liquid blush is the best blush I have ever tried, is so pigmented and I love the packaging design, so unique

The only Rare Beauty product I own is her liquid blush but I am obsessed with it! The color lasts all day and is super pigmented/easy to blend. If you like liquid blushes or just need a new blush definitely check this one out. I also love the mental health message behind this entire line and I can see how driven Selena is with this corporation. I have yet to try other products from this line but I am super impressed with what I have tried.

For reference i wanted to say that i usually use bare minerals makeup. i usually go for the barely there makeup look. So,i really wanted to love this line by Selena Gomez. But honestly it's average, you can get the same look and feel from drugstore makeup. To pick out a shade of foundation that matches was a task, i had to return to sephora three times in order to get the right match. I had problems with the foundation creasing more than other brands. The blushes come in nice beautiful colors- probably the only product i would buy again. The makeup is not horrible by any means, but like i said you can achieve the exact look with cheaper makeup. I do have to say that i love the fact that she is bringing awareness to mental health and putting some of the profits of her line towards that cause- that is wonderful. But i just wanted to give my honest opinion for people that have heard all the hype about the makeup.
final thoughts- rare beauty is not bad it's just average.
