False advertising on shipping & pre order
This company heavily relies on misleading advertising. Before purchasing two items, the website stated that my order would arrive around September 8th. Nowhere on either item’s description did it indicate that the items were pre-orders.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid $29.99 for expedited shipping, yet even the confirmation email I received after placing my order did not mention that my items were pre-orders or that there would be a delay.
The clothes look nice and the prices are decent, but unfortunately, the customer service and lack of transparency are not worth the hassle. I’ve had to go back and forth with the company over something that should have been clearly disclosed before I placed my order.
If an item is a pre-order, put a clear warning on the listing before customers purchase it—especially when you’re offering and charging for expedited shipping. Instead, I was told afterward that the items were pre-orders, despite there being no indication of that when I purchased them.
Save yourself the headache and make sure you read everything carefully and screenshot the listings before ordering. I personally will not be purchasing from this company again.
