First of all I`m sorry the part didn`t work. If you get in touch with us (and don`t start your complaint with a 1 star review) I will be always here to help and get it right in a way what will keep you happy. I will send you a refund now for the part.
Unfortunately as the part was stated in the UK warehouse you have to expect customs need to be paid on delivery, that is something we can not do anything with.
If you send me an email I will refund you also your cost of customs but I can`t do that through the website.

Helpful when replacing an initial purchase

Superb customer service.
Bought a second hand tank for my 1984 924 and wanted to collect on a Saturday as I had to move another car to a friends garage just up the road. Could not have been any more helpful with arranging the collection and will definitely be using them again. The warehouse is an Aladdin’s cave of transaxle Porsche parts. Can’t recommend highly enough.
