Good value product. Good, responsive (by email) customer service. The delivery is by Whist, soconded by Royal Mail, I believe. Only slight negative is that it took 7 or more full working days for my orders to arrive.

Awful, Two times I placed an order and they never arrived

I had placed an order for 6x CD's on the 1st June.
On the 4th of June the order was updated with tracking information etc with a company called Whistl who I am not familiar with.
On the 6th June the order status showed that the order was now with Royal Mail and to date (at the time of writing this) the order still states it is with RM despite part of the order being received as per below.

On Tuesday 9th I had lost patience and contacted Rarewaves to ask what was going on. I immediately received a reply which was great. At the very same time Royal Mail delivered the package, however it was only 4 of the 6 CD's.

Order tracking needs to be a LOT better because it seems to be useless for the customer. There is just a Whistl tracking ref on my order, which is useless as there should be an RM one that the customer can use. It is very simple. So if I haven't received anything by tomorrow I'll have to turn to customer support (who have been great) to ask for help on my remaining 2 CD's.

I had ordered two vinyls and received them in two separate packages. This resulted in double customs handling fee as I live within the EU. After emailing the Rarewaves support they promptly issued a refund for the customs fees and resolved all the additional costs that were added to my purchase.

I can highly recommend buying your vinyls from Rarewaves and will certainly do it again!

Had a great purchasing experience with Rarewaves. I ordered Michael Jackson's *Dangerous* vinyl album from the UK to the Philippines, and it arrived in excellent condition.

While the packaging included cardboard protection and a layer of bubble wrap, it felt a bit thin for an international vinyl shipment. Fortunately, the record was well-protected and arrived without any damage.

The vinyl plays beautifully, with no warping or issues affecting playback. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and would gladly order from Rarewaves again.

I was nervous the first time that I bought reduced price vinyl from Rarewaves but the quality has been excellent. I have placed several orders with them so far. Expect orders to be delivered across more than one shipment but it is well worth the extra wait.
