Iam really satisfied with the prices and the condition i received my parcels, they were as described, but i have to say, the shipping part was jail time. Untracked service is stressful and annoying, i don't think people would mind to pay a little bit more for tracking service. Apart from the Untracked shipping though, iam satisfied with the parcels i received.

I ordered the item a month ago and it still has not arrived. No satisfactory response was forthcoming from the company to explain the delay.

My item - a CD was despatched via Whistl group yet 13 days later it’s not appeared! One CD!! Another ordered same day from a different seller arrived after 2 days! Probably the longest I’ve ever waited for an Amazon order, terrible service!!

Everything was done fast and perfect

Have been buying from Rarewaves for a few years and found them to give excellent service.

Delivery was timely, everything in perfect condition.

The only negative is slow delivery (around 3 weeks for the slowest, sometimes a lot faster but averages about 2 weeks). However so far everything I have ordered (a lot) has arrived eventually. Free delivery over £10, great customer loyalty scheme, fairly frequent site wide discount and a good range of products and prices. Finally, excellent customer service on the rare occasion there has been a problem.

The first cd was meant to be delivered on the 28th July, after over 3 weeks I requested replacement to be sent, which apparently was dispatched on the 18th August and I have still not received it, today being the 26th, this is terrible service, it's over a month since I paid for the cd and there is no sign of it.

I ordered two Oliver Tree vinyl records from Rarewaves. Shortly afterwards, following Oliver Tree’s death, demand and market prices for his records increased significantly.

The two records never arrived. Rarewaves then claimed they had sent the same two records again as replacements. I waited again — nothing arrived. So, according to them, four records in total were lost in transit. No tracking, no evidence, and after almost two months, they simply refunded me.

I find this extremely difficult to believe. Given the sudden increase in the records’ value, my strong suspicion is that the records were never actually shipped and were instead retained to be resold at a higher price.

In the end, there are only two possibilities: either Rarewaves’ shipping service is genuinely this terrible and completely unreliable, or they are being dishonest with their customers. I honestly don't know which is worse.

I have completely lost trust in this company and will never purchase from them again.

Ordered a few times from Rarewaves, always delivered on time, all items were exactly as described, and well packed, a reliable company to deal with, highly recommended.

I still haven’t received one of the products I purchased which is very disappointing as I ordered this 1 month ago.

I ordered several times and will continue to order when I will need to.
I appreciate this website and they reply pretty quickly to your email if you need to have more info etc.

Delivery times can be slow on the odd occasion, but always good prices and fantastic customer support.

I really wanted a Blu-ray because it was sold out in Japan, so I purchased it on this site and had it shipped here. It plays perfectly without any issues. It arrived much faster than I expected, and I'm very satisfied to get it at a lower price than the Japanese version. Thank you so much for the great service!

Bought an item on the eBay shop. Till take 21 days to get to me. So I have to buy it somewhere else as it's for a gift! No tracking is given and my message to them has not been replied to
