I didn’t receive my shipment

My go to site to buy records. It’s not Amazon, delivery is not next day! Sometimes can take around 10 days but always turn up, prices always great, good rewards scheme.

I ordered a DVD on the 12 of August and I am still waiting for this to arrive I don't think they have sent it out so I have had to open a case with eBay to get my money back. So I will say to everyone do not order with this company as you will not get your order and they take a long time to get any email from them.

Great deals for the 2 for £30 for selected 4ks, i decided to make the most out of this offer for my birthday. I placed an order over a month ago and still have no update or received any tracking information for one of the films. I saw they ship things out at different times depending on stock etc, I followed up with emails asking for updates and still haven’t received any information or updates for my order with the final film. The others arrived gradually, but considering it’s been almost 20 business days almost double the expected time to receive and order without any of the above is not acceptable. Seeing the reviews now as well doesn’t give me much faith. Deeply disappointed

I purchased the Star wars Micro Galaxy Squadron The Hex two weeks ago. I contacted them a week after since I had not received any tracking info. They didn't respond to my email. It finally arrived to a little battered since they didn't take the time to safely package my order. As a collector this is unacceptable. I do not recommend this seller if you're ordering something like this.

High quality customer service. Have ordered CDs, DVDs and books. The items arrive well packaged and as described on website. The one occasion that an item I ordered did not arrive Rarewaves offered to send me a replacement DVD or a full refund - the replacement DVD was delivered safely. Items sold by Rarewaves are priced competively and I would recommend anyone wishing to buy a CD or DVD to check out their website.

Great service, simple to order, despatched quickly and although Royal Mail took a while to deliver, when I contacted rarewaves to say I hadn’t received my order they offered to send a replacement.

You didn't send the cover for one of the Blu-ray discs of the Pirates films, and now my set is not matched.

Did two orders yesterday.
Both orders cancelled today. No reason given.
Now heard many people had same thing happen to them. Wouldn’t use again.

They offered a set of legami pens on amazon great price, then surprise, surprise suddenly no stock or technical issues bullshit.. if i had not gone through amazon i doubt I would have gotten a reply.

Another one of those companies offering great deals, then cancelling just to get the traffic.. AVOID

They cancel orders with no explanation. My recent order was not sent and the only way I found out was by checking status. If they made a mistake and can't fulfill the order, they should have the courtesy of messaging and informing.

There should be an option for 0 stars solely for them. They clearly have a reputation for cancelling orders as can be seen on reviews.. avoid!

The items I ordered were very good, prompt in delivering service was excellent.

Ordered some vinyl. Despite going past the delivery time, nothing has arrived. No response to emails either. DODGY!!!!

Cancelled order for no reason,no explanation why order was cancelled either,pretty poor show.Have read many reviews stating that this company is renown for not completing orders even though they take your money,many Amazon reviews for 1*. Would recommend using another company for sure,Awful,if I could have given zero stars I would have.
