This item arrived early on 15/09/2026. The item came sealed and well packaged, the cd case, information booklet, back insert and cd, all came in pristine condition!!!. The cd plays perfectly and sounds excellent!!!. A great priced item and good value for money!!!. I know you're one of the best worldwilde seller and you have lot of customers but on this particular order i have few complain.
In first part you don't send me back a confirmation order mail.
No tracking number... for an order of more than 100 Dollars.
One mounth later i ask you where is my order ? and you refund me without any explaination. Items i ordered was very rare and limited, i expected to receive them. But it was not the case this time.

When my original order got lost by Royal Mail, Rarewaves promptly sent me a replacement. Really good communication and customer service

Fantastic company that I'd highly recommend. Had an issue with a product and they could not have been more helpful in resolving it.

I was all for Rarewaves up until July, sure they take 2 weeks to deliver the goods as standard, but i didn't mind that when taking in to consideration the discounts. But since July they have gone totally down hill in my estimation, as you take a gamble as to whether you will actually receive the order.

So you put an order in, wait 2 weeks and nothing arrives. You speak to CS and they all too happy to reship a replacement, another 2 weeks go by and nothing arrives. You speak to CS again and they just refund you. This has happened twice now and very nearly could be a third time. What is the point of ordering with them if its 50/50 chance of actually getting the item? I'm suspicious as to whether they actually sent them in the first place.
The items i didn’t get i just went elsewhere and had them in 2 days.

I'd sooner go to HMV or Zavvi and get the order with tracking and likely have it in hand in 2 days.

You can buy what they advertise on their site, for a fair price, even to Norway. What else do you need? I just want to leave the stars here.

Received all the products that was ordered without any issues except for one Blu ray.
All blu rays had a slipcover except for Iron Man 3 movie.

Took two weeks for the records to arrive.

Very straightforward responses, got straight to the point and replied to my emails within a day.

Bought a few rare albums from here now, always at the best price. Last order went AWOL in the post yet they sent a replacement ASAP. Extremely trustworthy.

Decent price, but expect long waits and watch the region lock (3/5)

The Nice Guys Limited Edition arrived in mint condition with solid packaging, and the direct price on Rarewaves beat eBay easily. Since it wasn't available via their Amazon storefront, ordering direct was my only option.

Two drawbacks cost them stars:

Missing Region Info: The product page does not clearly disclose that the disc may be Region B locked, which is a major compatibility risk.

Lengthy Shipping: Direct delivery took far too long. In contrast, purchasing from Amazon US with Rarewaves fulfillment arrives much quicker.

Takeaway: Be prepared to wait if you want the lower direct price, or pay a premium on Amazon for speed.

I ordered four cds from Rarewaves and only one was delivered yesterday. Today I received two cds so I am missing one more from my order (#654825). They sent no information as to when the order would be deilvered and I am writing on Trustpilot because Rarewaves have no means of being contacted. They advetrtise themselves a lot but there is no way to contact them. Also, my order did not show up on my eBay page, so I cann ot contaxct eBay about my missing order. I am not happy about this!

I ordered 12 Angry Men from Raewaves, it's one of my favourite films and thought it was time I had my own copy, since I discovered Raewaves, they are a joy if I have trouble finding an old film or a series. I can usually find it on Rarewaves, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a film with a great service and these days that's important to have. I have ordered things in the past from people online and they don't arrive and you have lost your money.
I have always been happy with Raewaves and I would recommend them to everyone you won't be disappointed.
